​How do I
place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just add the item to your cart and follow the check-out process. Inventory is updated frequently so make sure to check back often!

Payment
& Pick-Up
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of check out. Pick-Up times must be scheduled using the link you receive in your order ready for pick-up email. All orders may be picked up from Sneden Hall, Room 115.

Item Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect any item purchased at the time of pick-up. Orders can only be cancelled at this time should the item be rejected.

Returns
& Refunds
All items are sold as-is. This includes all parts, accessories, video equipment, lost and found items, etc. Computers may be exchanged for the same or equal value computer within 7 days of pick-up should there be an issue.
