All items sold through the Online Store are sold "as-is" with no warranty available. All sales are final, and there are no returns. Any order that remains unclaimed 14 days after the sale are subject to be canceled and the merchandise will be returned to inventory.

Pick-up Information

Beginning Monday October 17, 2022, all online store pickups must be scheduled prior. This is to ensure we have staffing available to fulfill your order. Please use the link below to schedule your pickup once you receive an email stating your order is ready. Please park in the parking lot behind the Administration Building at 415 Fulton Street East, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. The GRCC Re•tech Store now has a dedicated space in Sneden Hall, Room 115. All orders can be picked up there.

Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the purchaser of any merchandise from the GRCC Online Store agrees to defend, pay in the behalf of, indemnify, and hold harmless Grand Rapids Community College, its elected and appointed officials, employees, students, volunteers and others working on behalf of Grand Rapids Community College against any and all claims, demands, suits, or loss, including all costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered against or from Grand Rapids Community College, its elected and appointed officials, employees, students, volunteers or others working on behalf of Grand Rapids Community College, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury or death and/or property damage including loss of use thereof, which arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with the purchase and collection of any merchandise and equipment from the GRCC Online Store.
